This is what you’ll be doing:

As sales development representative,you’ll be the first crucial step in the sales cycle. You will make first contact points with prospects and convert them to qualified leads. These are some of the other tasks:

• Research and identify qualified targets
• Engage in insightful conversations through email, phone and chats to understands the customer needs
• Keep record of the contacts made and hand them over to the Account Executive when they are qualified leads
• Asses if failed attempts to convert targets should be nurtured or stalled.

This is who we’re looking for:

You love connecting with people and networking. You like taking on challenges and identifying new opportunity markets and prospects.

• 0 - 2 years of experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Business, Entrepreneurship or related field
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English. Speaking German and French is an advantage.
