Go to the login page and click “Forgot your password”. Please enter your e-mail address (make sure this is the email address you normally use for logging into the application).
If you entered the correct email address, you will receive an email with a link to change your password. The link will be active for 15 minutes. If the link expires, a new one can be requested by repeating the same procedure.
To log in, you need an email address and password. You should have received an invitation via email with directions to activate your account. During this activation process, you also should have created a password to log in with. If you have not yet received an activation email, please see “I want to log in for the first time.”
You obtain login information by activating your account. You will receive an invitation email with directions on how to activate your account. During this process, you will be asked to create a username and password. Your credentials will be the email address where you received the invitation and the password you created during activation.
Please check your junk/spam mailbox. The invitation email might be redirected there.
To avoid missing emails, we recommend you to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contact list. If you did not receive an invitation email in any of your mailboxes, please contact your application administrator or Widget Brain Support.
Your Widget Brain application administrator can create a new account for you. If this doesn’t work, please contact Widget Brain Support.
For instructions on how to reset your password, please see “I forgot my password”. Once you have completed these steps, you will receive an email with a link that allows you to reset your password. If you did not receive this email, it might be in your junk/spam mailbox. If not, please contact Widget Brain Support.
In some cases, it could be that the application is down, which makes logging in temporarily impossible. You can check the status of the application you are trying to access on our status page. If the application is operational, but you still cannot access it, please check Application access FAQ or contact our support.
