Application access

I cannot access the application - What should I do?

If you can’t access the application, there could be several reasons. Please follow the guide down below to identify the problem.

  1. Check internet connectivity

    • Do other websites load successfully?
      • No: please check your internet connection.
      • Yes: please go to the next steps.
  2. Check if you are using the correct username and password

    • Do you get an error when logging in?
      • No: please go to the next step
      • Yes: it could be that application is down which makes logging in temporarily impossible. You can check the status of the application you are trying to access on our status page. If the application is operational, please contact your application administrator or email
  3. Check if you are using the correct URL

    • Please review the application documentation to check if you’re using the correct URL.
  4. Check if you have access to launch the application

    • To find out if you access, please check with your local Widget Brain administrator.
  5. Check if your browser is compatible

    • The following browsers are compatible with our applications:
      • Chrome (recommended)
      • Firefox
    • Internet Explorer is not supported, please use one of the browsers indicated above.
  6. If none of the steps above fixed the problem, please contact Widget Brain Support.
